Bidding and purchasing at a KimCo Auction should be an enjoyable, fun experience, as KimCo Auctions knows an auction cannot exist without buyers. Buyers are treated with the utmost respect.
KimCo Auctions consigners entrust their personal property to KimCo Auctions knowing their merchandise will be handled with the utmost care, and auctioned in a productive manner. Consigners receive money for their property sold within 10 business banking days of the auction. Consigners receive a full accounting of each item or group of items sold at auction.
KimCo Auctions Staff is educated, efficient, and service orientated.
The auctioneers at KimCo Auctions attended and graduated from the Western College of Auctioneering. The auctioneers practice and auction regularly, in order to auction the consigners merchandise efficiently, while creating a fun, fast-paced environment for the bidders.
KimCo Auctions Cashiers are customer service orientated, providing accurate, receipts of payment quickly; thereby allowing buyers to receive merchandise in a timely manner.
Clerks for KimCo Auctions are experienced with keeping an accurate record of lot numbers, buyer numbers, and purchase prices; thereby avoiding conflicts at the time of payment. They are the diligent record keepers of the auction, whose end result is accuracy; thereby revealing satisfied bidders, buyers, and consigners.
KimCo Auctions can hold an auction almost anywhere!
Auctions can be held in business locations, homes, parking lots, rented locations, and numerous other places. KimCo Auctions conducts sales in numerous easily accessed locations, and will hold auctions in consigners specified locations whenever feasible.
KimCo Auctions follows all laws, obtaining business licenses, required permits, and other required legalities in order to conduct an auction at the specified location.
KimCo Auctions Bidder Terms & Conditions are located on the bidder contract, signed by bidders when a bidder number is obtained at every auction. Payment is usually accepted by Cash, Personal Check with Acceptable Government Proof of Identity, whose name & address matches the name & address on the check, & Cashiers Check. If you bid on an item & win, you must buy it. Bidders are responsible for the merchandise upon it being sold to the bidder.

KimCo Auctions Consigner Terms & Conditions are located on the Consigner Contract, which is discussed, negotiated, and signed at the time of consignment. KimCo Auctions can purchase merchandise to sell at auction, and/or sell an owner's merchandise at auction for a percentage of the sales.
